I think almost any writer can increase their writing output by following these two tips: Go to Joanna Penn's channel and review some of her many interviews with writers,

and two: use Dragon Naturally Speaking and a digital recorder to narrate and transcribe your story into text. 

I explain in the video how I use a clipboard to improve the accuracy,  focus and speed when using a clipboard and narrating with a recorder.

 I use an Olympus VN6200PC digital recorder and Dragon Naturally Speaking 11.5
 ( Premium version) which allows transcribing from a sound file.
 
I also highly recommend Scrivener as a program to organize and outline writing in any format.
