From the 'Dark Museum' (an Envelope), three Strange exhibits represented by photos of Shrunken Heads on 'old' Post Cards are brought forth. It seems the decrepit museum is in financial trouble and the disposition of the exhibits needs to be determined. A 'Guest Curator' is chosen from the audience to help decide the fate of the old museum. However a fourth postcard is present which contains a Prediction made 66 years earlier during the Higley Expedition 1942! Despite having free choice, will the decisions of the 'Guest Curator' be influenced by the Power and Secret of the Shrunken Heads'?
