Oscar-nominated film producer Caroline Baron (Capote) joins us for a presentation and discussion about the power of film and digital media to inspire and educate children and families in their daily lives. Baron is the co-founder of yummico, a new kind of children's media company. She is also the founder of FilmAid International, an aid organization whose mission is to educate and inform through media. She spearheads fundraising at yummico, as well as overseeing production and writing children's books.
