Egg Halwa Recipe, Egg Mihidana, Egg Fudge, Dimer Jorda, Ande Ka Shahi Halwa, Egg Omelette #INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs

6 tbsp sugar

1 cup milk

2 drops food colour

1/4th tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp milk powder

3 tbsp ghee / Butter

2 tsp chopped almond

2 tsp chopped cashew nuts

2 tsp pistachio nuts

Egg Halwa Recipe, Egg Mihidana, Egg Fudge, Dimer Jorda, Ande Ka Shahi Halwa, Egg Omelette #PROCEDURE:

In a bowl, with eggs mix milk and sugar. Whisk all and beat properly.

In one hot pan, add ghee. Melt ghee. Add beaten eggs. Stir continuously in medium flame.

1 minute later, add milk powder. Mix all and sure that there will no lumps. If needed, use whisk and mix.

Stir continuously and this becoming thick, Add cardamom powder and food colour. Mix all properly. Cook this in medium flame for 10-12 minute. By stirring this will be finely grated.

Add all dry fruits like, chopped cashew nuts, chopped almond nuts and chopped pistachio nuts. Mix all. Make this mihidana perfectly dry. Then put off the flame.

Serve and enjoy this yummy sweet dessert egg mihidana or egg halwa.
