Note that since making this video Frontier Developments may have made some changes to the Seeking Luxuries Traders: 1) Reduced the chance of them appearing when a system is in Boom status, 2) Made the supply of Performance Enhancers dynamic, so they can run out and the price can go up as supply falls.
