Students Stranded As School Transport Operators Protest Non-Payment Of Arrears

School children who depend on the Maxi Taxi Drivers Association for Schools Transport were left stranded on Monday as the drivers and owners stayed away from the job because of non-payment of arrears. Instead of driving, they were protesting outside of the PTSC San Fernando Terminal at King's Wharf. The Association is calling for a meeting with the Ministry of Education and PTSC to sort out their differences. Ian Wason has more.
