Easy Quick DIY Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich

Here is how I make a very low cost snack that looks like I spent a lot of time and trouble but are actually super quick to make. Once you form and freeze your ice cream patties you can make sandwiches with them using soft cookies or cookies you have heated in the microwave for a few seconds to soften them. I am working on a recipe to make little round cakes that I can freeze with the ice cream and will not be hard to chew. I will add the link to it in the video when I post it. You can also use yogurt in place of ice cream to make your dessert cookies.
