Harvey dam releases have triggered more flooding and evacuations in the west side of Houston, Texas in the Briar Forest Drive and Lakeside Estates Drive area.  Shallow flood water has also moved down WIlcrest past Briar Forest about a block. It was not clear how fast the water was rising. Law enforcement, boats, and news crews were all on site.
