Creationists falsely claim that evolution has never been seen happening in real-time by human observers. Here, I show many such documented examples of evolution & speciation. These include artificial selection, antibiotic/herbicide/insecticide resistance, and examples from the wild and the laboratory that involve bacteria, plants, insects, fish and birds. I also pick apart creationist arguments in this area and explain where they go wrong. Among other things, creationists attempt to minimize observed evolutionary changes and shift the goalposts when examples of evolution *are* provided. They also misunderstand basic scientific language and set impossibly high standards for the types of evolutionary changes that should be observable within the human lifespan.
