DPRK says it will not disarm without trust

The DPRK has criticized US for contraindicating itself, saying the US isn't lifting sanctions while it seeks dialogue with the country. The statement was made in a commentary published in the state-run Rodong Sinmun newspaper on Sunday. It said that building trust should be the top priority, and sanctions are not going to work. It also urged the US to make the right decision. At the UN General Assembly, the county's Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho said continued sanctions were deepening mistrust, and there was no way to give up nuclear weapons first under such circumstances. Meanwhile in a rally, US President  Donald Trump said the DPRK leader wrote him beautiful letters and the two leaders "fell in love."
