He doesn't have much attacks, but they are pretty brutal indeed. He'll start off the battle with a Mega Flare, and he will use it later on as well. He'll also cast Reflect and then Flare on himself, which of course will reflect and hit one of your party members. All teammates who have survived the initial Mega Flare should focus on simply bring the rest of the team back.

You could cast Reflect on Rosa if you want. It is indeed very important to keep her alive, as he will be the one to revive/heal any of your characters that are greatly hurt. She should also heal right after the first Mega Flare because it will most likely have taken away a great deal of your HP. Of course, if you're going to cast ANY magical spells, you should cast them on Rosa if you've put Reflect on her. They will Reflect back at the Dark Bahamut, and so his Reflect will not work.
