The Arctic blast moving in overnight will mean icy roads all over the city, and that creates dangerous driving conditions. Roads in the Coastal Bend are not often covered in ice. During a cold front last month, they handled several car accidents caused by icy roadways. "We have more accidents than we normally do," Sr. Officer Olden said.
