As the title describes, was supposed to go out with Charlotte and Bobby to see friends but had a sudden anxiety attack. I know it's really dark, I have tried to brighten it but if I spend too long on making it better, I'll be so stressed with it, I'll dump the whole thing.

Stuff and things.

I'm Andrew, I suffer from depression, anxiety and have strong Asperger's syndrome traits. I've suffered from the AS traits since I was very young and have had depression and anxiety since probably 2008 (possibly a bit before this). I have problems with my eating and energy levels on a big level too. 

I've started making videos for several reasons, one being that if I am suffering from these kind of things, then more than likely others do too. I'm not always the best at expressing myself, I can get by when I write things down but volunteering information can be a bit hard but gonna give it a try. 

I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have or even talk / put up a video on certain subjects, the point of having social media pages it to be social and if I can help someone with something like this, then the video has done its job two fold.

Any negativity will be greeted with the same disdain it was given out, so don't even bother. 

We as a race need to remember that we aren't going to grow and move one and evolve if we are constantly at war with each other. So just take it elsewhere.
