The Declasse Tampa is a new car for GTA Online included in the Festive Surprise Christmas Bonus 2015 update. It's a muscle class car available for $3750,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

 It's an updated version of the same car that was also in GTA San Andreas and GTA IV   Episodes From Liberty City. It's a permanent addition so you will still be able to purchase it after the Christmas event concludes.

This is a quick video showing all available customization items in the mod shop so you have an idea of what a modified version of the Tampa looks like before you decide to buy it.

This is the PC version with highest settings recorded at 1080p 60 FPS.
