Last week I was talking with someone who used to be very close to me who is part of the LGBTQ community. She told me that I was hateful towards her community and that I was trying to condemn her and others in that community. In all actuality, I never said anything to condemn anybody because I know that it isn't my place to do so. True Christians do not hate, but the truth that we present makes it seem as if we are presenting condemnation.
