Tennessee U.S. Representative Marsha Blackburn says Obama's "cap and trade," which she calls "cap and tax" will cost each household $1300 in new energy taxes. She also notes Obama has killed any expansion of off-shore oil drilling. Mrs. Blackburn points out that under Obama's spending, the national debt will reach $14 trillion.  She says she's happy there was bipartisan opposition to the 'stimulus' package and its 8600 earmarks.
