(27 Nov 2018) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a personal welcome Tuesday from Tunisia's president after two days of protests in the capital that reflected international concern about the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Beji Caid Essebsi met the prince at the airport before the pair entered closed door talks at the presidential palace in Carthage, outside Tunis. The official welcome at the airport contrasted hostile protests to say the Crown Prince wasn't welcome in the North African nation. The meeting at the palace was the only scheduled activity during the brief visit by the prince, who was on a tour of Arab countries before heading to the Group of 20 summit in Argentina.
