In his peregrinations through the back streets and alleys of Downtown Manhattan, James Kalm has, over the last couple of months, encountered the looming figure of a gasmask clad jogger. With all the recent hubbub and media swoon fest over the high profile performance of Marina Abramović at MoMA, Kalm believes there are scores of unnoticed performative pieces happening all around us if we will just open our eyes. Spotting the florescent bedecked mystery man on the Brooklyn Bridge, your reporter takes the opportunity to trace his footsteps and ask some questions.
