Housing a nation of 5 million on a small island, half the size of Greater London, has resulted in the building of many skyscrapers. These blocks are all public housing, by the Housing and Development Board or HDB. Public Housing has been a very successful policy in Singapore. The Moments in Time series are random videos created by YouTuber guitarsingapore. They are meant to be shop clips, showcasing common places in Singapore that may not usually be featured in a video. This serves as a collective memory for Singapore and Singaporeans, for our future generations
