Cupcake Recipe...
Ingredients:
-100g Butter
-180ml Sugar
-5ml Vanilla Essence
-2 Eggs, Lightly beaten
-500ml Flour
-10ml Baking Powder
-1ml Salt
-160ml Milk
Directions:
-Preheat Oven to 180 degrees C
-Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
-Beat in vanilla and eggs
-Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the milk
-Spoon into paper cases which are placed in muffin tins
-Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
-Cool on a wire rack. Put icing on when cool

Icing Recipe...
Ingredients:
-300ml Icing sugar
-35ml Butter
-2ml caramel essence
-a little milk
Directions:
-Cream butter and icing sugar together. Mix in caramel essence. Add the milk only 5ml at a time, until a spreading consistency is obtained.

Makes 24-30.
