This is a pretty straightforward route to farm the boss Chains for Phoenix Credits and loot for materials. I haven't had him drop a High End item yet but I think he eventually will. Notes are below. - There may be a riker harassing a civilian in the street walk right after turning left when leaving the safe house. Kill him and he won't respawn for the next 5 or 6 runs. - Three other rikers spawn in the opposite corner from the park. You can avoid them entirely but I've seen them spawn closer to the corner on the safe house some times. If they do, kill them to forget about them for a few runs.
