Election officials in the Democratic Republic of Congo are going ahead with preparing voting machines for Sunday's election. This, despite concerns from opposition candidates. For more on the elections in Madagascar and the DRC, we are joined in Studio by Advocate Sipho Mantula, Researcher at the Institute for Dispute Resolution in Africa at the University of South Africa.
