I assembled the wireless module that will transmit the Kill a Watt data to the receiver module.  I installed the module in the Kill a Watt meter and reassembled it.  The Kill a Watt meter is transmitting data that I can capture in the XCTU software console.  I will need to convert the raw data into something readable using python.
