On October 26th, the CSIS Energy and National Security Program is hosting a one-day conference on implications of secure, low-carbon energy pathways in China. The conference will examine the current energy situation in China and the policies being put in place to meet the need for reliable, clean energy which can also sustain economic growth, improve energy security, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and local pollution.
