This New York Steinway is from the Golden Era of Steinway pianos. The instrument is a California piano, so the soundboard has endured the ages very well. The rebuilding work is top notch. The real, original key tops are in wonderful condition. The piano exhibits a rich, warm tone. The action is very responsive. It is an excellent example of a great Steinway Model M piano.
