Here are our financial goals 1. Pay The IRS for 2016 Taxes. Due Oct 15th I am ahead of the game for taxes for 2017.: Accomplished 2. Pay our house taxes 3. Build our savings back to $1,000 . ( I had to use savings to pay taxes) 4. Start a sinking fund for house taxes. 5. Pay off daughter’s furniture : it is 0 percent interest 6. Pay off car: owe less than $7,000 7. Once debt free, Have a celebration. 8. Start sinking fun for a new car. 9. start dental work 10. Build emergency savings to $3000. I do put money in savings every month. 11. Start bigger home projects one at a time 12. Work on a 6 month emergency fund. Explanation: I thought when I went to paying taxes quarterly, I was paying on 2016 taxes. I was paying 2017. I have to clear my emergency fund to pay taxes. The good news is I have paid my taxes for 2017 as well. This channel is about making money, saving money, and managing time. Most videos are 5 minutes or less.
