From what I can tell, if a person pays less in taxes
than $124,000 a year or have less than $2 million in the bank, as long
as the IRS' reporting requirements are followed one would be safe from
taxes starting for the first year that citizenship is not held.

Exchange controls 
If you have a bank account in another country that bank must take 30% of what was withdrawn and send it to the IRS.
And if you have a foreign brokerage account the broker could get in a lot of trouble with the USA and so can you because it's now ILLEGAL.

America is done like diner and Americans just got forked.
