This is just a demo how Rockstar f'ed up some aspects of the P-45 Nokota in Smugglers Run. They forgot to change one simple value, causing it to not have rear wheel steering and thus tipping over when taxiing. I'm showing you how it looks like by simply exchanging a "0" with a "2". Sadly this can't be done in online without risking a ban.
