These are two out of four non-scenic elevators in the aft, serving decks 3-12. They're numbered 11 and 12 and also have names (Aft Starbord Elevator 11 & 12). 
There are 19 elevators, and a dumbwaiter onboard Color Line M/S Color Fantasy. Out of them, 6 are non-scenic passenger elevators, 1  is a non-scenic mixed-use elevator (only for the crew at sea, the one with M-series fixtures), 8 are scenic passenger elevators and 4 are service/staff only elevators. The Color Fantasy was built at the Kvaener - Masa Yard in Turku, Finland, and completed in December 2004. The elevator parts had been manufactured during 2003 already, and almost all got the newly introduced KONE KSS fixures, while the mixed-use elevator still got equipped with M-series. Also, this is before 2005, when the MacGREGOR KONE marine elevator division still hadn't been renamed to the present-day KONE Marine!
All the passenger elevators (non-scenic and scenic) come with both digital and text/lamp floor indicators, and due to the high passenger flow onboard, all but the mixed-use elevators were made fast, and the newly introduced KSS fixtures, they still have the M-series logic (the up&down romb), especially distinguishable on the scenic elevators. 

The cruiseferries Color Fantasy and Color Magic are both cruiseships with cardecks, and are both equipped with a 3-deck high promenade, and they were effectively based on the successful Silja Line cruiseferries, the Silja Serenade and Silja Symphony (built in 1990 and 1991, respectively), which were the first cruiseferries in the world to incorporate the promenade design  (a 5-deck high promenade) and they are also cruise ships with car decks. From 1999 onwards, also the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line adopted their version of the Promenade, first on the Voyager-class cruise ships, and most recently, on the Oasis-class with different variations.
