The talk explores how our “geographical world” of our birth place and where we grow up influences our “world of thinking”, and how this shapes our decisions and actions. It also discusses how to deal with feelings of guilt and how these different mindsets could create positive impact. 

I have lived in Munich for my whole life however have an Italian, Australian, as well as German background. This, together with frequent travels, has exposed me to a multicultural diversity of thought. It was actually a recent service trip to Tanzania over to summer that led to my talk topic. I was shocked into seeing the immense difference between their world and mine and upon promising myself to make a positive impact for the children I met there, I began exploring these culturally, economically and geographically diverse worlds.
