LANSKY - 3 Stone Sharpenning System I had a half hour to spare, so I decided to sharpen my Enzo Trapper 95 ( O1 Steel) Scandi grind knife. I got my Lansky 3 stone sharpening set our and got to work. Within 10 minutes I had a razor sharp blade in my hands, literally !! Check it out ! I thought I needed the Lansky Diamond Stone Set, but after this, I don't think so.... ! I did not use the Lansky Honing Oil, I used 3 in 1 oil. It seemed to do the job pretty bloody well !! LOL My 7 year old daughter was my cameraman, it was a bit shakey at times, but it was overall ok.
