Silent Hill: Downpour is an upcoming survival horror video game and the eighth installment in the Silent Hill series, initially bearing the tentative title Silent Hill 8. Published by Konami Digital Entertainment and developed by Vatra Games, the game is scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 3and the Xbox 360[1] in late 2011.
