Trying to Figure out Solar and the new Cooler

I then swapped out the motion light in the back all and installed a LED Motion light to see if it makes a difference in the power bills. Then I purchased a coleman 40 quart 12v cooler to take with camping but I needed to test it against my solar cell and battery backup. My solar set up on my pick up consists of a Epever VS3024a controller that i'm still trying to figure out. I ran the cooler for a few hours but it seemed to drain quite a bit of power but the calculations don't add up.
