2 tbsp oil
250 grams arbi/taro root, boiled, peeled & sliced in half
250 grams eggplant, sliced in half then quartered & kept in a bowl of water
1 finely chopped green chilly
1/2 tsp amchur/mango powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric [powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chopped hara dhania/cilantro
