Paraglider launch - brake swap technique

Brakes start out in the opposite hands (left brake in right hand, right brake in left). 
When the glider is stable overhead, both brakes are held in one hand, the other reaches around the risers and the swap is made. 
Then the pilot turns around with the correct brake in each hand and launches.
