One of this year’s most exciting and boundary-blurring collab tracks just got bigger… Matthew Dear, Joe Goddard and Eats Everything’s ‘Love Games’ developed a life of its own the moment Dear posted some portraits online and Goddard paid for a personal one with a song. Loaded with Goddard’s unique vocals, a bulbous bassline and oddball groove, it’s been heavily supported across the board throughout the summer and has undergone two seismic refixes from legends old and new. 

Mexican tunesmith Rebolledo makes his Pets debut with a trippy discoid twist where Joe’s vocals are popped and piqued with technicolour on the fills and the groove retains the original’s funk while stretching the space for more of a hypnotic feel. 
Elsewhere FC Kahuna continue their return following his remix of James Welsh on Erol Alkan’s Phantasy Sounds earlier this year. Stirrers of a hugely influential psychedelic technoid melting pot during the late 90s / early 2000s, this grainy, paranoid thumper, laced with breath-taking wall of sound layers and an insistent synth riff doesn’t just galvanise their signature, it brings it kicking into the future.
