A man with a valid Tennessee handgun carry permit was arrested for bringing his AR 15 rifle to the second amendment rally. This man probably moved him from the state that allowed full exercising of the second amendment and did not realize that Tennessee was more restrictive than even Pennsylvania. Most Tennesseans do not know that their second amendment rights have been trampled on more than surrounding states! This is why I repeat over and over again on deaf ears that we need to change the laws here in Tennessee.
