Mohammed Takur, Former Deputy Secretary General for Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON), discussed the recent scandal surrounding Nigerian Aviation Minister Stella Oduah and the purchase of armoured BMW's as well as corruption within the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). Takur, explained that until the the Federal Government clears up corruption in the aviation ministry AON members will not pay dues. He also commented on Stella Oduah's hearing at the National Assembly by saying "all Stella Oduah did at the National Assembly hearing was to work to push the blame away from herself. We cannot sit down and watch the Nigerian aviation industry be destroyed," said Takur.
