Women in the workplace has been the norm for decades now. However, in some traditionally male dominated workplaces, has the business environment changed sufficiently to accommodate our challenges and our realities? Is it possible to shape our workplaces differently to meet our needs: work-family balance, returning to work after a long absence or just simply the desire to do things differently? Let's create our own environments so that we can move towards a better future both ourselves and for society as a whole.
