An introductory talk on how the Ukulele traveled from the Madeira Islands to Hawaii...an introduction to the wonderful "Jumping Flea". This is a truly international classroom--nearly every student here was born outside the U.S. This introduction was followed by a group lesson in how to play...Over several visits to this school, students learned two chord songs & sang songs together.
