The Distinguished Chef's Series at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality offers as part of it's intermediate foods preparation coourse, students the opportunity of experiencing managing a restaurant. Students design their own menu and follow it through from start to finish. and manage all aspects of running a restaurant. The course also gives the community an opportunity to experience a high quality fine dining experience. (2009)
