The Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA) suspended the animal-experimentation licence of Mediclone Biotech Pvt Ltd (MBPL) on 31 March 2017, but the company kept its equines. This eyewitness investigation shows the conditions of the animals at MBPL on 5 and 6 February 2018.
