Job entailed climbing or felling 6 firs, about 5500 board feet, and 110-160 feet tall. We had a fair bit of room, but, as the ground was rough and overgrown, we wanted to minimize brush dragging. So, we felled the trees where possible to get the brush near the road, We topped a few, and utilized the GRCS with a powerful right angle drill to yard the brush out. We used the pull lines that we had set, attaching the brush and a couple logs to a bight in the line, then pulled it with the GRCS, which lifted the load and slowly transferred them to the landing zone.
