MWO Cicada CDA-3M: The Killstealer

I call it the Killstealer because it takes awhile to 1v1 another mech, so my preferred method is to just assist/killsteal :-p. It's best when played stealthily, using lots of cover and popping out to take off exposed components, and the AC5 gives it some reach.
