Uttarakhand landslides: Bodies of 7 labourers airlifted to Uri

Uri: Bodies of the 7 Kashmiri labourers killed in a landslide in Uttarakhand were airflited to their native place in Uri,  district Baramulla.
The Government has also released ex-gratia relief of Rs 2 lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased.
7 labourers were killed and 3 others injured (all from Uri) when they came under a landslide while working on a road project in Rudarprayag district of Uttarakhand on Friday.
The deceased include Bilal Ahmad (20), Sibbi (30), Abdul Rasshid (60), Imtiyaz Ahmad (26), Mushtaq Ahmad (30), Zahoor Hamid (30) and Gulzar Ahmad (20) while the injured have been identified as Altaf Azam (55), Mohammad Abbas (20) and Altaf Hussain (45).
