I have made the slow down signal to a passing boat mouthing please slow down, the response is unbelievable, they sit outside my boat blasting it with there wash, going past my boat and doing it again and again, saying I am a silly man and mocking me, that they were doing only 4knots, I explain that is just about walking pace, they say they have been boating for years, I can't quite believe what I am seeing or hearing, so behaving like there are is fine apparently. Most people just slow down a bit. This is an edited version of something that went on for ages.
