About 4VGuitarists: It is our mission to take popular songs and favorites, and convert them for 4 guitarists! Enjoy! This is: Classical Gas 4 Guitars OR 4 Guitars Classical Gas.

Classical Gas is easily a guitar favorite. It was composed by Mason Williams and released in 1968 on the album "Mason Williams Phonograph Record." The song hit number 1 on the Easy Listening chart, and stayed there for 3 weeks!

Classical Gas has been performed by Chet Atkins, Tommy Emmanuel, Ronnie Aldrich, Larry Fast, The Shadows, Les Fradkin, Cozy Powell, Vanessa-Mae, Zlatko Manojilovic, Glen Campbell, and California Guitar Trio.

(Everyone's still waiting for Eric Clapton's version of Classical Gas.)

The format of this 4VG video was inspired by Tommy Emmanuel's the Journey Video, which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVRmDMzSwI0&feature=kp.

Series created and produced by Vince Carrola.
