FORT MYERS-NAPLES, Fla. (WBBH/CNN Newsource/WKRC) -- A 21-year-old was taken to the hospital after his sister found him in another room burned and gasping for air. According to the mans mother Alissa Stefanacci, an e-cigarette exploded in his face. The blast is said to also have burned his lungs. WBBH has reported that, a ventilator keeps his chest moving.
