Hot Spinach and Artichoke dip 1 package of frozen chopped spinach 1 can of artichoke hearts quartered 2 tbs of garlic finely diced 1/3 cup finely chopped onion 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup mozzarella 1 package of cream cheese 3 tbs of sour cream- for a lighter version this can be omitted 2 tbs of mayo- this can be omitted also 3 tbs of parmesan cheese salt /pepper/garlic herb seasoning Pita chips or baked flour/corn tortillas with salt and pepper
