This is how I make terminal blocks for 3 phase electric motors. I use electrical grade phenolic sheets and my little cnc router. Its not real beefy or rugged but it works. Its better for engraving. But I can make dozens of these over and over and its nice and repeatable. Two flute square end mill, HSS. 4 flute carbide work good too.
